Browsing this website. Ordinary browsing does not involve any analytics or marketing tracking operated by Drina Solutions. We do not run analytics tools, advertising pixels, heatmaps or session recording on this website.

The hosting and security infrastructure that delivers the website may nevertheless process technical information where this is necessary to serve and protect the site, such as:

• information about the pages or files requested
• technical and security logs

Contacting us. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or email, we process the information you decide to share with us — for example your name, contact details and the content of your message — in order to answer your enquiry.

Shopping cart. When you add items to the cart, the selected product names, images, prices, currency and quantities are stored locally in your browser using localStorage under the key drina.cart.v1. This storage is functional: it lets the cart remember your selections as you move between pages. The data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored by Drina Solutions. It persists until you clear your browser data for this site or remove the cart contents. If localStorage is unavailable, the cart falls back to temporary in-memory storage for the current page session.

Outbound links. Selecting our WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok links takes you to an external service. Any processing that happens there is governed by that provider's own privacy terms, not by this policy.

The website currently displays a contact form for convenience, but information entered into that form is not transmitted to or stored by Drina Solutions through this website. Nothing you type into it reaches us and it is not saved in any database. To reach us, please use WhatsApp or email.

• Responding to enquiries you start yourself — because it is necessary to take steps you have requested, and in our legitimate interest to answer prospective and existing customers.
• Providing the information or product details you ask for — steps requested by you and our legitimate interest in running our business.

We use international communication and technology providers — for example website hosting and messaging services — which can mean information is processed outside Kenya or outside your own country. Where the law requires it, appropriate safeguards will be applied to such transfers.

Information you share with us in direct communications is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose of that communication, for legitimate business or legal requirements, for resolving disputes, or where a legal obligation requires us to retain it. We have not set fixed retention periods beyond this.

Shopping-cart data stored in your browser's localStorage under the key drina.cart.v1 persists until you clear your browser data for this site or remove the cart contents. It is not stored on Drina Solutions systems.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information we handle. However, no transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This website and our products are not specifically directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal data through the website.

The website links out to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. These are independent services that operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

The website currently provides a browsing-session shopping cart that stores selected items locally in your browser. It does not currently offer online checkout, customer accounts or online payment processing.
